How to Get your Kits Customized:

• FIRST, Email your desired picture to Paintingkits@gmail.com with Custom Kit in the Subject line
• Please allow up to 48hrs to respond your requests. And 72hrs if sent on the weekend.
• Please keep in mind that sending your photo alone does not guarantee your order. We must view your photo and approve it before your order can be placed.
• If your picture is approved you’ll receive up to 2 sketches of the drawing before we place it on the canvas.
• Pictures that are NOT accepted: most Portraits as they require a lot of detailed drawing and painting afterwards. Pictures of private parts and photos from other small businesses. There may be others that are not listed. However if we are unable to draw the picture we will we will let you know.

Ordering Instructions:

-Wait for email approval confirmation before proceeding to next step.

-Add one $25 Custom design kit to your cart. This counts as one Kit 

-If you need more than one Kit, check the additional kit box, then proceed to the quantity box. Example: If you need 5 kits total. Purchase one $25 kit and Add 4 additional kits. Remember: the first $25 counts as one Kit.

-Some order prices may differ as they require more work. We will advise you if the price is different. 

-Have questions? Please call before completing the order. It’s easier for us to fix the problem if you haven’t submitted the order yet. Thank you for your business 

Suggested Use: The paint should last for a while. However, We suggest using your paint within 4 weeks of ordering the kits to ensure it does not stiffen. Simply Open the paint after this time frame(or whenever you like) to check the consistency. If for whatever reason it is stiff, stir it. you may also add a drop of water as needed and stir again. Be sure to keep paint in a cool place. Heat will dry and evaporate paint over time.
